Eroticism is our birthright. Sensuality, sexuality, movement, passion, primal lust, kink, desire, play, creative expression, and connection are some aspects of our erotic nature, to name a few.
For me, sexuality is a doorway to the divine. I’ve always found the sexual experience to be akin to what meditation is for many people: a place of stillness, total presence, quiet mind, fullness, a way to touch the void. In it, I find great release, joy, and bliss, be it through conversation, study, or experience. I believe that this experience is available for anyone who wishes to have it.
My work focuses on reclaiming and celebrating our eroticism, in all its forms: light/shadow, masculine/feminine, sacred/profane, divine, humor, play – the full range of sexual expression.
As we remove the cultural and familial expectations, shame, beliefs, and fears around our bodies and our sex, we can find deeper fulfillment, freedom, connection, and joy, both in our sexual experiences as well as in the rest of our lives. I believe that eroticism is linked with life force energy, which expands beyond sexuality, including areas such as music, dance, yoga, art. As we free our sexual energy, our creativity is freed as well. As our bodies open, our sexual energy is opened. We realize and actualize our power to create. We are alivened and awakened.
