For me, sexuality is a doorway to the divine. I’ve always found the sexual experience to be akin to what meditation is for many people: a place of stillness, total presence, quiet mind, fullness, passion, a way to touch the void. In it, I find great release, joy, and bliss, be it through conversation, study, or experience. I believe that this experience is available for anyone who wishes to have it.
For many years, my interest and study of personal growth and sexuality were separate. It never really occurred to me to fuse them together until about five years ago after a profound connection with a teacher and tantrika (student of tantra, or practitioner of sacred sexuality).
Since then, my work has focused around the fusion of the sacred and the sexual, the mystical and the erotic, Heaven and Earth. I seek to help awaken, transform, and embody erotic energy in all forms: creativity, vitality, joy, passion, purpose, desire, and play. My work acknowledges the spiritual in the ordinary, steering away from esoteric concepts, languaging, and practices. Instead, I teach a down-to-earth spiritual path, one that's practical, modern, passionate, engaging, humorous, and body-centered.

My background is diverse. I’m a Certified Sexological Bodyworker through the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, and have taken workshops with Charles and Caroline Muir, Satyen Raja, David Deida, and many more teachers of sacred sexuality. I’ve studied and practiced 5 Rhythms dance, Vipassana meditation, Re-evaluation Co-counseling, Life Coaching, Naka-Ima, energy work, indigenous wisdom and ritual, sensory awareness and development, and breathwork. I’ve participated in years of groups and workshops ranging from men’s issues to communication to spiritual development, read more books than I can remember, practiced extensively, and always seem to evoke in-depth conversations with strangers around sexuality. My teaching experience has included facilitating workshops lasting from one hour to four days, including four to 60 participants, offering private sessions, and facilitating groups for men. |
